This is a great grilled corn recipe. I like the chili and lime but I prefer to not overwhelm the corn and keep the natural flavor... just kick it up a bit!! Put corn directly into micro wave with husk on. Most micro waves 3 min per ear depending on the power of your micro wave. You will smell it when it is done. husk cooked corn in the sink using towels or cool a bit under cold water. I like the towels. Silk comes off very easly in one pull. When you buy a dozen or so just try one. All the flavor is still in the corn, you didn't boil any away. But if you have bad tasting corn and want to change the taste put it on the grill and cook a burnt taste into it and cover it up with creams and peppers and spices.

Only the smashed potatoes sounded good, everything else just seemed like you clean out the fridge and mix!!!!

I wrap individual husked cobs in wax paper, twist ends, and pop in microwave for 2 minutes per ear. Easy and comes out perfect every time.
