Hey y'all! It was moon over Miami as a crowd full of foodies got a heaping portion of Paula Deen when her pants fell down during a cooking demonstration.

The faux pas came just days after Deen was sued for reneging on a contract to sell her kitchen gadgets.

The original Bag Lady was attending the Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival on Feb. 22 when her baggy pants slipped down. And it was all caught on tape by a blogger for the Miami New Times.

"Wait! My britches are falling down," the silver-haired chef exclaims in the video. "Look at them!"

Deen pulled up her white pants, which were weighted down with microphone equipment, and strutted around the stage. But as she turned to get started in the Kellogg's Kidz Kitchen, her pants slipped down and Deen mooned the crowd with her beige underpants.

"Oh my god," she said. "Did y'all see much?"

It was a lighthearted moment that came just two days after Deen's company was sued by Nitches, Inc., for unspecified damages over a deal to sell a line of kitchen products bearing her name, TMZ.com reported.

The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, alleges Deen signed the deal allowing Nitches exclusive rights to sell items bearing the Georgia chef's name. TMZ.com said the items include pancake molds, egg molds, barbecue materials, potpourri, baking timers and aprons.

Deen hosts several cooking shows on the Food Network.

I wasted tons of money geting a hotel in W. Palm , Fl. and my friend and i bought a ticket for 55.00 each to The metropolitan Cooking Show to see Paula Deen. She acted stupid for 1-1/2 hour and never did anything else. I felt robbed. She has lost me as a fan.

I was sooo disappointed when a friend and I bought a ticket FOR $55.00 EACH, PLUS OTHER FEES to The Metropolitan Cooking Show in W. Palm Beach , Fl. where we also got a hotel to stay all night in. A very expensive weekend to say the least. We chose to seePaula Deen over Bobby Flay because we both couldn't wait to see her cook. I have most of her cookbooks. She came out and started to act silly. We kept waiting for the show to begin. She brought her husband out and cut up with him. A little bit of fun was going a long way. We got sick of pretending it was funny, when it wasn't. it went on and on and she didn't do any cooking. it was discusting and we feel so ripped off! She never cooked a thing. I felt robbed. I'm not a fan anymore.PERIOD!

I think she is funny and can cook some good food.

I hated watching Paula when she first came on. She was messy, licked her fingers the whole time she was cooking. Then they refined her, and she was very likeable and fun to watch - brought on the boys and it was nice. Then she started with her parties - which really got ridiculous; then the famous guests on the show. I just plain cant hardly stand to watch it now. She has gotten her hands into too many pots of stew in my opinion. And she brags all the time about all her 'possessions'.

Paula Deen is an ok cook...she is not a chef...and her recipes are really not original..u can find them in other cookbooks if you look..she just copies them and then changes a few ingredients...not to mention she is a very very fattening cook..all that butter..actually I would classify her more of an actress than chef (cook) she thrives on the attention!!!

Another way AOL stoops to get readers. That was an accident not a mooning. Shame on you AOL once again you reached a new low as well as one less reader.

My grandmother's favorite cooking show is Paula Deen's and she's a great cook. I don't see why people have to make this such a big deal..... Paula did not MEAN for her pants to fall down, so why do people have to stoop this low just to get a stupid story on this instead of more important things?! Paula, keep it up! We love your show!
